Privacy Policy

This document describes how we operate. It may be updated from time to time, and the version published here is the version that applies.

Information we collect

We collect the information people choose to send us. That usually means a name, business name, email address, phone number and a description of the project or business when someone submits an application or contacts us.

When a client works with us inside our production system, we also hold the material needed to make the film: project details, uploaded brand and reference files, production notes, filming participants, signed permissions, review comments, approvals and billing records.

How we use information

We use information to review applications, respond to enquiries, plan and produce work, communicate about active productions, issue invoices and keep records of approvals and permissions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client material for purposes a client has not authorised.

Films, likeness and permissions

People who appear in a film sign a written permission that records exactly what is authorised — for example photography, video, likeness, digital alteration, voice recording or synthetic voice, and where a finished film may be shown.

Permissions are recorded per person and per use. We do not treat one permission as authorising a different use, and permission that has not been given is treated as withheld.

Analytics and cookies

The public website uses only the cookies and storage required for the site and, where applicable, our client sign-in to function. If we add analytics or embedded media providers, this section will be updated to name them.

Sharing information

We share information with the service providers we use to run the business — for example hosting, storage, email delivery and, where relevant, contracted production crew — and only to the extent needed to do the work.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Storage and security

Project material is stored in private storage and is accessible only to authorised accounts. Internal production notes, cost records and master files are not visible to clients or to other organisations.

Data retention

We keep applications, project records, signed permissions and billing records for as long as we need them to run the business and to evidence the permissions under which work was produced.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. We will respond to reasonable requests.
