Website Terms

This document describes how we operate. It may be updated from time to time, and the version published here is the version that applies.

Acceptance of terms

By using badassvids.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You may browse the site, view the work published on it and submit an application or enquiry.

You may not attempt to access private areas of the site or our production system without authorisation, interfere with its operation, scrape or republish its content, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material.

Applications and enquiries

Submitting an application does not create an agreement and does not guarantee that we will take on the work. We take a limited number of engagements and decide each one individually.

Any engagement we do take on is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these website terms.

Intellectual property

The films, stills, copy, design, marks and other material on this site belong to BADASS VIDS or to the parties who authorised their use, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Work produced for a client is shown here only where we hold that client's permission to show it.

How work is labelled

Work published on this site is labelled by what it actually is — client work, case study, demonstration film, concept film or spec project.

Unpaid, self-initiated or demonstration work is never presented as commissioned client work.

No guarantees of results

Nothing on this site is a promise of any business outcome. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, engagement, reach or any other result from the work we produce.

Third-party links and media

The site may link to or embed material hosted by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BADASS VIDS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the version that applies, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.

Privacy

Information submitted through the site is handled under our Privacy Policy.
